The Basic Beginner Series is a 3-week class series designed to provide a foundation on which to build your strength training practice. We’ll cover the basics of how to properly utilize your breath, find correct alignment, successfully lift and move weight, and how to properly and effectively modify common weight training exercises.

If you have been wanting to incorporate strength training into your fitness regimen, and/or want to make sure you’re doing the movements correctly, then this clinic is for you! Learn the ‘WHY” and “HOW” during the Basic Beginners Series: Weight Training. Strength train with confidence!

Investment: $99 (must purchase as series). Included in your clinic purchase is a FREE one month Alamo 180 Open Gym membership.

In order to achieve mastery, you have to pratice the movements and skills regularly. Practice what you learn in each class at your own convenience during our Open Gym Hours.
