Alamo 180’s Beginner Bootcamp is a 4 week total body, introductory strength & conditioning program led by Coach Josh. Beginner Bootcamp is designed to get you moving efficiently so you can begin the journey to improving your health, losing weight, and toning your body. Think of it as the perfect starting point, building a strong foundation, for an active and healthy lifestyle.
All movements will consist of body weight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises. These will be high quality, muscle building, fat-burning workouts! Scaled movement options are always available. No prior fitness experience necessary. We meet you where you are!
During the program, there will be two assessments (an initial and final) so you can track your progress throughout the program.
Beginner Bootcamp Schedule:
Dates: Monday, June 5 – Saturday, July 1
Training sessions: Monday & Wednesday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm, Saturday: 10:30am – 11:30am
