Get ready! Two week Burpee Challenge from Jan 18 – Jan 30.
How to participate: In 10 minutes, perform as many burpees as possible. At the end of two weeks, the person with the most burpees, wins. All burpees must be performed in the gym.
All levels welcomed to participate. Challenge yourself. It’s about you, burpees and the clock. And if you want to get a little competitive, enjoy some friendly competition.
