How it works: Your 21 day exercise plan will include 18 workouts: 9 CrossFit & 9 cardio. During each of the 3 weeks, pick any 3 days to do CrossFit workouts and any 3 days to do cardio workouts. Enjoy 1 day off for rest. The customizable exercise plan can be tailored to fit your schedule and preferences so it is not only doable, but enjoyable! Full details of the exercise plan and schedule will be explained in the 21 Day Fit program packet.
CrossFit workouts: you have the option to choose between our 1 hour long CrossFit class or the 30 minute CrossFit Xpress class. As always, every workout we offer includes scaling and modified options to ensure you are appropriately challenged. This means you’ll always be able to participate in workouts. Cardio workouts: you have the option to choose between 30 minutes of walking, run/walking, outdoor or indoor cycling, elliptical, rowing, etc. Whatever low impact way you enjoy moving your body, get moving!
Protein First Mindset nutrition program: Alamo 180’s Protein First Mindset nutrition program is easy to follow! Assessments & Goal Setting:
How it works: Setting goals keeps you motivated and on track, especially when you write them down and look at them every day. Upon completion of an assessment, a coach will help you set realistic long-term and short-term goals, as well as 21 Day Fit goals. Included in the program is a daily journal so you can record and track all of your goals.
