FIT-21 Exercise Plan:
The exercise plan includes 18 total workouts (9 CrossFit & 9 cardio) and 3 days off for rest. Weekly breakdown: 6 workouts and 1 day off for rest.

CrossFit workouts: Choose between our 30 minute CrossFit Xpress class (popular option) or our 1 hour CrossFit class (beastmode & bonus results). As always, every workout includes scaling and modified options to ensure you are appropriately challenged. This means you will always be able to participate in workouts. We meet you where you are. Cardio workouts: Choose between 30 minutes of walking, run/walking, outdoor or indoor cycling, elliptical, rowing, etc. Whatever low impact way you enjoy moving your body, get moving!
