Feedback Wanted

We are always looking for ways to expand and grow our training services. Alamo 180, only a year old,  has grown beyond our wildest dreams! We love what we do and we love the people we train.

We have many goals to accomplish in the next 3-5 years. One of them is to add morning Boot Camp and Triathlon training sessions. Currently, we only offer evening training. Our evening session are widely popular, however, we want to offer more training options. How many of you would be interested in joining our Boot Camp or Triathlon Team if we offered morning sessions? Morning session would begin no later than 6AM.

Please let us know! Leave us a comment and share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us! Thanks in advance!

OMG, morning session would be so hard but I think I could MAKE myself do it. My goal after the 1/2 is to train for sprint tri’s. The reason i did not sign up this year was because I just could not do 4 nights a week. With working and having a Husband and 2 kids just could not commit to that BUT if you did morning sessions i could get up early do the session and go to work. It would be PERFECT!

One more feedback not related. I searched and searched online for tri traning and your website never came up. I entered hits like San Antonio triathlon training, triathlon training San Antonio, etc. ,etc.. I never got a hit for Alamo 180. I only found you because I emailed SARR asking about tri training and they referred me to you. So glad they did!

This is the first year that I have trained with Alamo 180 for marathon training and I love it!!! I have done a full marathon and several half marathons and I have found this training to be very helpful. Jeff does an excellent job of mixing long runs with drills and form training. In addition, he offers information about nutrition, pacing, hydration, and cross training. This has been by far the best training group I’ve been a part of. I would encourage runners of all experiences and abilities to come out and join Alamo 180. You won’t be disappointed!
