Once you’ve grabbed your spot, you can expect a fun, full body workout. Classes begin with a dynamic warm up, a strength component, a metabolic conditioning component and a cool down. Know that anything can be scaled! Remember, it’s about the benefits you get from the classes. Remember your why (look good naked + in spandex…be able to pick up your kids…strengthen a weak back….improve run form + performance…).
