6 week OCR Challenge starts Monday, April 2. Ends at the Spartan Sprint on Saturday, May 20.
— Saturdays at 8am. Alamo 180 studio. What To Expect: Obstacle course race style workouts. Expect skill development such as rope climbs, spear throws, monkey bars, traverse wall, atlas stone, bucket carries and more. **First Saturday WOD is April 7.
— On Your Own Training Sessions: You will receive a training plan with select run/walk workouts to complete on your own during the week. **Run/walk OYO training sessions begin April 2.
For IRON XT members – $60/ 6 week Challenge. Or $15/drop-in workout.
