Coached Swim class
Tuesdays at 5:30pm & 6:30pm. San Antonio College pool.
3 part class: 1) warm up and drills to improve form, 2) main set to include speed, strength and endurance, 3) cool down and drills. Class is 1 hour.
Pre-requisite for coached swim class class: must have freestyle experience or have gone through the Freestyle Swim Series.
