In the 21 Day Fit, you’ll receive a step-by-step, 21 day exercise and nutrition plan so you can experience real results. Begin your weight loss journey in a supportive community. Achieve more, together. Become better, together!

Exercise Plan:

Your 21 day exercise plan will include 18 workouts: 9 CrossFit and 9 cardio. During each of the 3 weeks, pick any 3 days to do CrossFit workouts and any 3 days to do cardio workouts. Enjoy 1 day off for rest. Full details will be posted in the exercise plan. learn more

Nutrition Plan:

Nutrition plan: The nutrition component includes Alamo 180’s Protein First Mindset nutrition program.
