Run Skills Clinic: Body Positioning – In this 1 hour clinic you will learn proper body positioning to improve run mechanics so you can maximize your run potential. Clinic is for beginner and experienced runners.

Run Skills Clinic: Cadence – In this 1 hour clinic you will learn drills to help improve run cadence so you can become a more efficient and faster runner. Clinic is for beginner and experienced runners.

Swim Skills Clinic: Getting Horizontal – In this 1 hour clinic you will learn drills that will help you get horizontal, and stay horizontal in the water. Clinic is for beginner and experienced swimmers.
