CROSS CHAIN is a combination class that builds endurance and power through high intervals on the bike AND total body strength and core stability through use of body weight, weights, and other equipment off the bike. Think “cross-training.” It’s total body and totally awesome! It’s our most popular indoor cycle class. It’s is excellent for fitness enthusiasts wanting to lose weight, build strength, and get sculpted & for triathletes and cyclists looking to build strength on the bike. This class is unlike any other! CROSS CHAIN is an indoor cycle class that packs a punch and can accommodate all ability levels.
