At Alamo 180, we believe everyone should start with a solid foundation.

Start with moving your body safely and correctly.

And we do that in our Foundations session.

This is a FREE form based session focusing on the basic movements. You could also call it the “I don’t know what the heck I’m doing please help!” session. Our goal is to ease any fears or concerns you might have so can you show up to training sessions moving correctly, safely and comfortably.

Session can take up to an hour. Schedule your appointment now (+bring a friend, or two or three!)

After you go through Foundations you will:

  • Learn that injuries can be avoided when you know how to move correctly and safely
  • Learn how to scale any movement so the workout fits your needs
  • Know what the lingo means (i.e, WOD = workout of the day)
  • Discover just how fun and do-able exercise can be!

FAQs:

How long will Foundations last? Up to 60 minutes. You will work 1:1 with a coach learning proper movement patterns and ways you can make a movement harder or easier. Our purpose is to educate you on the how and why of each movement. Come as you are and we will meet you where you are! Schedule your appointment by emailing Coach Jeff at jeff@alamo180.com

Will Foundations be a high intensity workout? Not at all. The emphasis is on skill development, the how and why, not intensity. Foundations is designed with the purpose of teaching you proper movement patterns so you can move safely, correctly, and comfortably. We want you showing up to weekly sessions confident and capable!
