Why I CrossFit: Discovering Crossfit two years ago was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. I find myself always wanting to excel and discover new limits with my training.
My favorite and least favorite workout: Partner WODs are always fun; especially since misery loves company! My least favorite WOD is anything with overhead/squat snatches
Favorite lift: Clean and jerks. They go with everything!
Favorite cheat meal: Breakfast, all day!!! A double burger after a good workout with friends.
What do you like most about coaching CrossFit: After serving twenty years in the Navy, and now working in healthcare, I love helping people. Coaching has blessed me with yet another opportunity. Watching our athletes achieve a healthier lifestyle makes me smile.
